Bookish Things By Su and So is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. In such cases, if the parcel returns back to us due to wrong address or pincode, refund will only be processed after deducting shipping cost (to and fro).

As a small business, we are not able to accept returns.

If your items arrive damaged or defective, we will replace them with the exact same item upon receiving proof of the damage. If you encounter such issues, please contact us immediately.
